Terms of Service
Effective September 3, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Tenet Analytics LLC ("Tenet", "we") for using the Tenet app. By creating an account you accept them. The short version: Tenet is an educational tool, nothing in it is financial advice, and every trade inside it is simulated.
1. What Tenet is — and is not
Tenet generates AI-assisted analysis of stocks, ETFs, and crypto assets, and lets you practice with a simulated portfolio. It is an educational and informational service.
- Not financial advice. Nothing Tenet produces — theses, bull and bear cases, recommendations, confidence scores, sizing suggestions, briefs, or scoreboards — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and none of it is tailored to your actual financial situation.
- Not a broker or adviser. Tenet is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange, and is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any regulator. We do not hold your money, execute real trades, or have access to any brokerage account.
- Paper money only. All balances, positions, orders, and returns inside Tenet are simulated. They do not reflect real execution, fees, slippage, taxes, or liquidity, and paper results are not indicative of real ones.
- AI can be wrong. Analyses are generated by a language model reasoning over market data we retrieve. The data can be delayed or incomplete and the model can misread it. Verify anything before acting on it.
Any real-world investment decision you make is yours alone. Markets involve risk, including loss of principal. Past performance — real or simulated — does not predict future results.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and provide an email address you control.
- One account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tenet is in beta. Access may require an invite code, and features, limits, and pricing may change or be withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice of changes that affect what you have already paid for (currently: nothing — Tenet is free during beta).
- You can close your account at any time by emailing yashrao2006@gmail.com.
3. Acceptable use
Don't:
- share, sell, or automate access to your account, or circumvent usage limits and invite gating;
- scrape, bulk-export, or redistribute analyses or market data from the service;
- reverse-engineer the service or attempt to extract its prompts, models, or data feeds;
- use the service to violate any law, or in any way that harms other users or the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content and ours
Journal entries and other text you write are yours. You grant us the license needed to store and display them back to you. Everything else — the app, its design, the analysis format, and the generated analyses — belongs to Tenet or its licensors. Market data is provided by third parties under their own terms and may not be redistributed.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenet Analytics LLC and its members, officers, and providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, these limits apply as far as the law allows.
6. Termination
You may stop using Tenet at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, for breach of these terms or if we discontinue the product; where practical we will give notice and a way to export your journal.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, email us — most problems can be fixed faster than a lawsuit.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders before they take effect; continuing to use Tenet after that date means you accept the new terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version.
